Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I decide weather or not I want the browser module to use my AYCD session or not?

    • To decide whether to use your AYCD session with the browser module, consider whether you need to be logged in to submit the form. When exporting your AYCD data, an ID is attached to it. If you want Penelope to use your AYCD session, enter this ID in the Customer ID field. Please keep in mind that your AYCD Farming Browser should be set to Google Chrome. If you leave this field empty, the module assumes that you prefer to submit the form using a browser without logging in.

  • How do I load in the AYCD Browser Folder?

    • To load your AYCD browser session folder, navigate to %USERPROFILE%\oneclick\full_chrome_data. Select this folder when Penelope prompts you for your AYCD session.
